A graduate of Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome with a specialization in Corporate Law, Francesco received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2006 with a thesis on Protection against company Directors’ illicit conduct (Criminal Corporate Law).
During his studies he also wrote a dissertation in the field of Commercial Law on Directors’ compensation in public corporations.
Admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009, he is a Member of the Rome Bar.
Francesco Laddaga joined the Firm in 2007.
His experience includes civil, commercial, bankruptcy, energy and telecommunications law.
Publications: He is author of “Comment on artt. 2544 e 2545 cod. civ.” in “Commentary to the Civil Code” edited by Paolo Cendon, Giuffrè, 2010.
He is a co-author of the Saudi Arabia Dossier and UAE Dossier On “The company into international markets“, published in 2010 by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
